I was very satisfied with my experience with Kinkade Funeral Chapel. The staff was very kind and compassionate and made a difficult experience much easier. I am grateful for everything they did for my family and me.

I would like to thank Kinkade Funeral Chapel publicly for helping make a horrible time in my life and the lives of our children bearable. We lived in Phoenix AZ for many years but my husband asked to be cremated and brought back to the Black Hills National Cemetery. Kinkaides' helped us do so with as little problem as possible. My son and his wife were able to make the arrangements with minimal fuss and confusion. Any questions were handled by phone or E Mail. My family felt they went beyond expectations and did things in a respectful manner that Bill would have appreciated.

Kinkade was very caring and patient with us. They listened to what we expressing. They gave us enough time to decide what we wanted.
