I called to place an order to be delivered on the same day. The florist on the phone was so nice and took the time to explain what flowers were available and what would look nice. Later, she sent me a picture of the bouquet to be delivered and it was absolutely beautiful and fitting for my friend. Then, a little later, the florist called me to say my friend was away on vacation and wouldnt be home until after Labor Day. (She knew this because she made the phone calls to find out, one- to make sure my friend was at work, and two - to call my friend and find out when shed be back. I felt horrible, as the bouquet obviously wouldnt last and now what? I knew it would be my responsibility to replace the order or find another recipient. To my surprise, the florist (I wish I knew her name) simply said shed try to sell the bouquet and would make a new one to deliver to my friend when she came back from her trip. I was blown over! She couldve left them at the front desk where my friend work
