I cannot say enough about the professionalism and compassion shown to me during the recent loss of my sister. My sister had purchased an insurance policy in early 2000. I was not sure who to talk with but from the moment I contacted Thompson Funeral, the process was seamless. Terry was phenomenal! He reached out to me to coordinate paperwork and other arrangements. All of this was happening at a distance. Losing a loved one is hard enough but your staff lessened my burden! Thank you so much!

Terry was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all the questions we had (there were a lot of them!). The office staff, limo driver and other staff were awesome as well. I will definitely use Thompson Funeral Home again when the need arises!
