Faithful Friends Pet Crematory

The most pleasant experience. It was heartbreaking to loose my best friend Bella after 11 years. Her vet was so wonderful to us. But when handed the brochure of where they suggested she be cremated I was taken back. Almost $450 for cremation! I called Faithful Friends Pet and they said I could bring her to them for half the price. What a god sent they were. Not only were they so very kind and sympathetic they were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone who has lost a pet. You will not regret it.

Wow where do I even begin. I can't recommend Faithful Friends Pet Cremation enough. We recently loss our beloved Corgi Yogu suddenly and we were at a complete loss. I emailed Faithful Friend just as they were about to close for the evening and I got a phone call after hours to set up an appointment. How considerate they were to accommodate my needs when they simply could have chosen to go home and not think about my inquiry until the next day. The next day my husband and I were able to bring our dog and and say our final good byes and the staff was more than helpful for helping us go over our cremation options and gave us as much time as we needed. Not even 48 hrs late our Yogi's ashes were ready to be pick up. How amazing is it that I could bring him home in such a short amount of time. The thoughtfulness and care they put into his cremation didn't go unnoticed. The package I chose came with an ink paw print but I was amazed to find not one, two, but five prints! Today we had our sweet girl Nala cremated by faithful friends. I messaged on Friday when she passed and got a response back rather quickly. They did not try to upcharge us or sell us a bunch of stuff. They actually got us our best deal for our money and were very caring and sympathetic. When bringing her in today the paper work was quick and we got to say a final goodbye to our baby girl& due to my work schedule they made it so we could get her back within the same day so I would not have to wait till my next day off. The paw prints in ink and clay were beautiful, down to every last detail. I will not go anywhere else in the future for my cremation needs for my pets. Highly recommended.
