I felt right at home as soon as I talked to Kim in the initial call. She held our hand the whole step of the way and welcomed us and helped us have an amazing service for my Father in Law. I was never lost on what was happening and she kept us up to date. Mongo was definitely a bonus. Consoling and compassionate.
