One phone call was all it took and the gentlemen were at our home so quickly. It was such a comfort to me as they were so sympathetic and respectful. They also help me with any questions I had afterwards. I intend to purchase a plan like this for myself so my children can feel the same comfort when the time comes. I highly recommend them. Comfort and reassurance are so valuable in a time like this.
