My family and I are incredibly grateful to Brendan and Sarah Regan, owners of Neil W. Regan Funeral Home in Scranton, PA. During an exceedingly difficult time, they went above and beyond in every way, especially in comparison to another funeral home our family had used previously. They handled every detail with exceptional care, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Brendan and Sarah worked closely with our family to ensure my moms obituary was published promptly and accurately in both the local newspaper and on the funeral homes website, and the Mass program and prayer card were beautifully prepared. Their attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to guide us through each step made all the difference. We truly felt supported and respected throughout the entire process, and we cannot recommend Neil W. Regan Funeral Home highly enough.

Mr. Brendan and his wife were very friendly, very professional and welcoming. They helped my family with our mothers funeral arrangements in US, and the processing for repatriation to the Dom. Rep. They were attentive to our requests and cultural beliefs, they offered trauma-informed care and were open to arrange funeral service within our language needs. Mr. Brendan was very responsive of my calls and emails, always attentive to details and very honest about procedures. I cant thank enough for their services! .
