They were great. I did this process with less than 24 hours before he died after he was no longer eligible for body donation. I followed their instructions and it went well. It takes time&.the entire process. The longest part was getting the death certificates from Pennsylvania. I would definitely recommend them. It is cheaper than a funeral.

The staff at the Cremation Society were just wonderful to work with, and made an unfortunate situation as easy as possible. They handled everything quickly and professionally, and continued to reach out, weeks after my fathers passing, to offer their continued support and condolences.

Absolutely amazing and caring people. When dropping off our rabbit, the man who we met with was polite and made sure to take time to talk to my son and comfort him. He promised my son he'd take excellent care of our rabbit and allowed my son all the time he needed to say his goodbyes even though it was 1:00 in the morning. He didn't rush my son or us and we appreciate the care they took with our fur baby.
