We were totally pleased with the support and attention to detail they provided. They looked to our comfort despite the sadness and grief we were experiencing. They were with us each step of the way, providing guidance and answering questions at every turn. Their follow extended to constant vigilance of our developing needs during the two-day viewing and short concluding service. They kept an eye on the viewing, adding chairs as needed, answering questions, greeting guests, and even hanging up coats and hats. They even provided an ample supply of cold bottled water, hot coffee, and other drinks throughout the viewing.
