My Kitty died during the horrific winter storm in late January. She was 21 and the best cat ever. Ericka arranged for transportation as quickly as possible. Kitty came home on February 11th. The urn is lovely, the framed tribute is beautiful, and their services are personalized for each fur baby. Very compassionate and professional. Erika stayed open later for us and never made us feel rushed either. She was so kind. You dont plan for these things to happen and when your pet passes away not within business hours you become very frantic and even more emotional.
