This funeral home works with amedisys(hospice) through the central pennsylvania cremation society to help families in need that can't afford to cremate their loved ones that have passed. Stephen was very great and thorough with the whole process.

My husband's handling by Hetrick-Bitner Funeral Home was flawless. They arranged to pick him up within the hour after passing, once we had our time alone with him. I dealt with Lisa Donahue specifically, and she was extremely kind, compassionate and efficient. She explained everything in detail and kept in contact through every step.
