My heart is full of appreciation for your services during our family tragedy. I cannot find words to express our gratitude. Years ago as I was growing up people in my family were not very positive about your profession but boy were they unaware of your professionalism. You went way above our expectations in every aspect. T he other day my husband left an opinion about our experience with this funeral home. UNFORTUNATELY he didn't tell me what he did. To make it short he said they got his dad's birthday wrong and spelled his last name wrong on the death certificate. The people responsible for these errors wasn't Pierson funeral home it was the VA. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, Pearson's Funeral Home went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. Courtney and Tory did everything possible to make sure I got the perfect hand mold of my mother before it was too late, and then waited to make sure it turned out before proceeding with the cremation. The compassion they showed our family is something I will be forever grateful to them for. Thank you for all you do to help families when they need someone the most!
