My dad died unexpectedly in Oregon last week and I happen to live out of state. I had no idea what the first thing to do was. He had nothing set up; so it was all up to me. (It was also the best pricing I found in the whole Multnomah area for what I needed.) They spoke to me about my father with dignity and grace, they handled his remains well, and they kept in contact with me every step of the way.
