Serenity Pet Cremation

Thank you so much for picking up my dog and being so respectful. I'm so thankful you have the pick up service so I didn't need to transport him.

We recently were faced with the difficult situation of the decline of our 18-year old dog. I made several calls to Serenity as we were walking through this time. Each person that helped me was kind and compassionate. Darby's ashes were given to us in a beautiful wooden box. I very much appreciate the care that our family received during this painful time.

I unexpectedly lost my boy Dougie on Dec 22. I live out of state and had just arrived for the holidays a few hours before. When I woke up in the middle of the night and found him gone I immediately Googled pet cremation services because I couldnt bring myself to put him in cold storage. Serenity popped up. Being after hours I was connected to a call service initially but I received a call from Laurie (I apologize if its not spelled right) within minutes. She met me at the funeral home. Because it was so sudden and I was so upset I dont remember parts of meeting her well but I do remember her asking if I needed a hug while I cried hugging him. I didnt accept and drove the hour back to where I was staying in silence. A few days later when I picked him up she asked if I needed that hug. I did. Maybe it was the grief but when I got that hug it felt genuine and it helped for sure. Considering the situation I think this place is great. Thank you again Laurie.
