This is the only pet cremation service you should ever need. They have handled 3 of my pets and it's been a great experience. I will forever miss my babies but I am so honored how well they have handled my babies. They were the world to me and every single call I get from them to handle everything has been very sweet and kind. They have been very gentle and it was exactly what I needed in this terrible time. The urns are absolutely beautifully crafted. Every piece feels intricately cares for. I tend to babble when I'm dealing with heavy emotions and every single time they just let me babble. They never rushed me off the phone or rushed me along. They feel like they are part of our family and you can really tell how much love they have for every pet that comes through there. They will be the only service I see myself using in the future. I hope I don't have to use them but as life goes I will need to. I can't say enough about how amazing these beautiful souls are.
