When my mother passed in August, it was a shock and devastated my family. John Ireland Funeral Home Rep (Zachary Colson) worked very hard and was extremely caring, patient and empathetic to our needs, the wishes of my mother and just overall care in how he handled everything. They personalized all of needs to what my mother would have been proud of. Zach went an extra mile to create a headliner with butterflies just for her. After services, they continued to check on me via text to insure I was doing ok. Sending me grief info to help me navigate this tragedy. Elizabeth had been monumental in checking on me in this manner. I am so very grateful for the business they have built and feel they took care of my family at the most difficult time. They didnt try to oversale to make money and take advantage of our situation by any means.
