Randy, Elizabeth and all the staff were amazing during the most difficult time of my life. When my 41 year old daughter unexpectedly but expected at some point, passed away. My Shelby or Shay as her nephews called her, was never able to have children, which was the one thing she wanted out of life. So she did the next best thing and became Momma to her 3 dog babies, Jaxson, Athena and Charlotte. Shelby protected and loved her babies like they were no different than anyone else's children. That being said, we felt it was extremely important that Shay babies had the opportunity to say goodbye and Randy at 3 Rivers Cremation accommodated our request. That accommodation meant the world to us and I believe it helped tremendously with the healing process for Jaxson, Athena and Charlotte. 3 Rivers staff made the entire experience bare able and 3 plus months have passed and Elizabeth continues to check in with myself and my family members.
