Our family member passing was tragic and unexpected, we had nothing prepared. Bill was the nicest person I talked to on the phone that day, while my head was ringing he would answer my questions even as I repeated them with patience and compassion. He was ready to help every step of the way, he made it quick, easy and genuinely wanted to be helpful not just promote his business. When my mom died in 2016 at Mercy Hospital, they picked her up and brought her back home to Enid. They were so very helpful in everything that had to be done, even helping us with contacting credit card companies. 9 months later my dad joined my mom. They cared for him also. They were kind in everything they did for us. If I am living there when I cross over, I hope they care for me too. I highly recommend them for their compassion and kindness for your loved ones.
