Communication was great throughout the entire process and pricing information was straightforward. The two gentleman that came to our home were amazingly caring, patient, and took such care of my family during this incredibly difficult time. They didnt overwhelm and they gave us all the time we needed with my mother before we had to part ways. The entire process was seamless and they have a great selection of memorabilia. I was worried because I am from out of town. Hospice gave me a name and said I could trust them. So I made arrangements and unfortunately my mom passed two days later. I got the package with viewing before the creamation. Advantage did an excellent job going way beyond my expectations.
