Our extended family has been using Colligan Funeral Home for many years. We used them for dad in 2020 when COVID was happening and we had a very limited funeral for him due to all of the restrictions. It was still very nice and Colligan was so helpful.When mom passed on October 12th, of course Colligan is who I called (and knew I would be). This was a totally different experience-in the most positive, beautiful way. Jolene came to my house and met with the family. Everything for the visitation/funeral was planned because of her preparedness. Nothing was missed. She kept in touch with me even after that meeting-communication was easy and she always responded no matter what the time was for questions , etc. Moms visitation was at the Michael J. Colligan Lodge. It was the most beautiful setting and mom looked beautiful. Jolene did an exceptional job. Mom was in great hands. Other family members asked me about the process-and they will be setting up some pre planning. With gratitude-Lisa T

Jolene is amazing to work with. She came to our home to discuss all details and she delivered 100%. We did not use a traditional funeral home, which was the best decision. It was very comfortable and allowed for a nice even flow for the evening. Our mom really looked great and at peace. At such a hard time in our lives, Jolene's guidance was a great comfort.
