Busch Funeral and Crematory Services

My fathers passing was completely unexpected and right before Christmas. I was lost, i had no idea where to start. My dad always said if anything happen to him this was the funeral home he wanted. That was all the information i needed, i was in no shape to make decisions or talk to anyone, they agreed to work with my boyfriend which was awesome. They also helped us litteraly every step of the way, answering text, calls , emails at any hour. They truly made a horrible unexpected tragedy, not as horrible going forward. My father could not have picked better people to help me through this. This staff is so much more than just a funeral staff. Thank you again for everything.

I want to share my deepest gratitude towards Jeff for his compassion and empathy. It would have been a lot harder to get through if it weren't for his genuine kindness. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making this process a little more bearable.

My Father-in-Law suddenly passed away last week and my Mother-in-Law was in shock after the loss. We initially went to Busch just to talk with Jeff and discuss packages options. Jeff was amazing at showing empathy to where my Mother-in-Law was as at emotionally. He was so kind and made us feel welcomed and comfortable in this difficult situation. We just had the showing and memorial for my Father-in-Law yesterday and it was perfect. Jeff and the team made sure every detail was handled and it was such a beautiful experience. They went above and beyond to make the memorial as special as possible. I cant explain how thankful I am to Jeff and his team for everything they have done for our family. The team in Elyria is outstanding!!
