We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mark Ely and the entire team at Tobias Funeral Home. Mark handled both my mothers (Feb 2025) and my fathers (Jan 2026) services & My Sons service (July 2018), and in three of the most difficult seasons of our lives, he was steady, compassionate, and absolutely exceptional. From the smallest details to the biggest decisions, Mark walked us through everything with patience, dignity, and genuine care. He didnt just do his job  he treated our family like his own. Every question was answered, every request was honored, and every detail was handled flawlessly. Planning a funeral is never easy, but Mark and the staff at Tobias made it as peaceful and seamless as possible. Their professionalism, kindness, and respect meant more to us than words can express. My parents had pre-planned their funerals with Newcomer. When my mother died unexpectedly we called them. The funeral director at the Kettering location was not accommodating at all. My brother said there's more than one funeral home in town so we went to Tobias! Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and very accommodating! They matched Newcomer's price and everything went very smoothly. Most importantly we were able to have the funeral on our time table! They provided a wheelchair for my father.
