My best friend, Frank the cat, passed last week on Friday and I picked up his cremains less than five days later. I had to bring him in close to closing time on Friday. The woman on the phone was so kind and told me I could bring my baby in to be dropped off even if I arrived after closing and spent some time talking to me about Frank. She truly cares about her clients and the situations that they are going through. I cant remember her name or the name of the amazing gentleman who helped me pick out the type of cremation and urn for my cat. Both are very wonderful people. Cant recommend them enough.
