We had pre-planned a family members funeral with Freidel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral Home eight years ago and she recently passed away. Since the original planning, we had moved out of state which made for challenging circumstances on short notice. We were contacted by Juli P. from Freidel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral Home and she was incredibly helpful in arranging for the transfer, cremation services and death certificates. She also assisted us with preparing the obituary and handled its placement online and in the local newspaper. Julis professionalism, caring and attention to all the details allowed us time for grieving and supporting other family members. Friedel, Williams & Edumunds did a wonderful job handling my mothers last wishes to be cremated. They were very knowledgeable during a difficult time for me and my family, they helped us a lot through this process and what else we had to do afterwards. We are ever so grateful for them for handling everything in a respectful and timely manner.

Our immediate contact was Juli Palamara who was kind, patient, thorough, and comforting. She set up our displays and the floral arrangements at the funeral home for the viewing. She contacted the florist, the church and the cemetery, arranged for the military honors to take place and ordered the military plaque. She explained the costs carefully so we had no surprises there. She printed our mass program had the obituary published in two newspapers we chose, keeping us informed about the deadlines to submit.. I know there were many, many more things she and staff members did behind the scenes and all were very professional throughout. Juli packed up our numerous display items and other items from the funeral and delivered them to us within two to three hours after the burial. The New Hartford funeral home is very attractive and we all felt very comfortable. Everything was done superbly.
