He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process with patience and compassion. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our family and treated my sisters arrangements with deep respect. He was responsive and organized, handling every detail with carefrom preparing the service to coordinating with others involved. He even helped lead the ceremony in a way that felt personal and meaningful. His presence gave us comfort, and his steady hand allowed us to focus on grieving and being together as a family. Charlie Hollis was wonderful from my first contact with him. He was pleasant and patient on the phone with my many questions. He was busy when I called but contacted me as he said he would regarding an appointment with him that day. Charlie was waiting at the door when us siblings arrived and warmly welcomed us. He patiently listened to what we needed for our deceased brother. Very professional. An added feature was his sense of humor obviously he read the four of us. Our deceased brother was most likely laughing along with us in heaven as he had a great sense of humor too. I highly recommend Hollis funeral home. Thank you Charlie.
