The director arranged everything. Communicating was easy and fast and everything was told up front (cost, the specifics of the body, the death certificates) I appreciate detail and being upfront. There were no surprises. All interactions were respectful and helped me through this process. I highly recommend this company. I did direct to cremation and cant recommend them enough!
