The attention to detail, thoughtful planning, and seamless coordination throughout the process helped ease an incredibly difficult time for our family. A great shout out to Camille and Rose-Marie for being so accommodating and supportive; actually the entire Krauss family for being there for us. Our limo driver was extremely patient, welcoming and was very sensitive to our familys needs. We were especially grateful for the beautiful job done with moms makeup and overall appearance. Krauss Funeral Home went above and beyond for our family during one of the hardest times of our lives. From the very beginning, Steve was incredibly helpful and compassionate through every step of the preparation. When the church actually forgot that it was my grandmothers funeral, Steve immediately stepped in and made sure everything was handled, including ensuring that my cousin was still able to sing Ave Maria during the service. That moment meant so much to our family, and we will never forget how calmly and professionally he took care of it. Rose-Marie, was just as wonderfulso kind, organized, and supportive. She was able to secure a burial plot for us at a very strict Catholic cemetery that would not sell directly to our family, and she also helped us get the epitaph approved there, which was no small task.
