We have had a wonderful experience with Fernley Estates! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. Everyone is professional, kind, and attentive, and its clear they truly love what they do. The community itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels comfortable and safe. There are plenty of activities and opportunities for residents to stay engaged, social, and active, which has made such a positive difference. Most importantly, the care and compassion shown to residents and their families is exceptional. Knowing our loved one is happy, supported, and treated with dignity gives us incredible peace of mind.
