Recently had to bury my Grandpa. From the minute Troy walked in he was easy going and very sympathetic. We had great customer service from start to finish. Much more of a personable experience from Kirby-Ratliff than the corporate, cold feel we have seen from other companies in the area. I would highly recommend this funeral home over any other in Lea County
