I cant say enough about Toby at Simple Cremations. My dad passed away recently, and during an emotional and overwhelming week, Toby was professional, respectful, warm, and sincere every step of the way. He guided my brothers and me through the entire process with clarity and care, making something difficult feel much easier to navigate. He truly went above and beyond by expediting the cremation so I could bring my dad home with me to Miami. My father was afraid of flying his entire life, so being able to bring him home myself meant more than I can put into words. Toby made that possible, and I will always be grateful for that. Thank you Toby for handling everything with such respect and kindness.
