Most recently, they helped us through one of the hardest moments of our lives: saying goodbye to my dad. From the very first phone call, they were gentle, patient, and so understanding. They didnt just handle the details  they held our hands through every step, made sure his service reflected who he truly was, and gave us comfort when we needed it most. Ill never forget the kindness they showed, not only to us but in how they honored my dad. It meant more than words can say.
