From the very beginning, Joe answered my call on a Saturday night and immediately understood the urgency and sensitivity of our situation. He provided guidance and support as we worked through the process of moving my grandmother from a grave in Queens to New Jersey, which is still ongoing with their support. Joe, Jimmy, and the entire team also helped my family and me arrange the funeral services for my dad, handling everything from A to Z with compassion and professionalism. When my dad passed at home, they were incredibly thoughtful and gave us the time we needed for my sister to return home and say her goodbye. My brother recently passed. I live in California, I was so worried I would not be able to take care of his arrangements but an angel was sent to me named Jimmy. He took wonderful care of me. I was breaking down and Jimmy made me feel cared for and he was extremely understanding and willing to help my family. I truly believe without Jimmy I couldnt have taken care of my beloved brother. Recently had my mother's services and everybody was amazing they made it as easy as possible with compassion and sympathy and I urge anyone who loves their loved ones you should pre-plan your own funeral viewing pictures obituary and prayer cards because if you leave it up to your children it will be all out War thank God for the compassionate people at this Funeral Home they all did an amazing job and thank you very much
