Dennis and the team at Creran handled my father-in-law's passing beautifully. They did an incredible job communicating with and setting expectations for our family, including providing information on the burial process and allowing for advisement but not enticement when it came to selecting different burial options so that we truly were able to make informed decisions. Dennis also set time aside to allow for private time with immediate family the night before the funeral, and my father-in-law looked like the best version of himself. Everything was done with the upmost attention to detail, patience, and grace. Would definitely recommend in the event you are in a position to need their services.
