I was able to receive a quote online 24 hours before my mom passed. The staff was compassionate and caring. I wasn't receiving the docs via email but was able to come into the office to sign. This helped with the stress and pain I was feeling, just knowing that someone on the other end of the phone cared. I highly recommend this service. My mom didn't want any services, and Basic Cremation was able to accommodate our wishes. Thank you so much!
