I highly recommend Roan Family Funeral Home/Still Oaks in Chichester. The people who work there are the best. They are respectful and helpful in time of need.

Attended the service of a family friend. It seemed strange that there were not enough chairs for the grieving family, and of the chairs that were available, they were not the same height. There was a TV in the back of the room playing a slide show, but because of the way the room was staged, you couldn't see it without turning all the way around.

After some initial misunderstandings, Katie did well reaching out to me and clearing it up. It is appreciated, thank you.
