Fortunately, for me , Ruth found my request from some years past to purchase a headstone for my great great grandparents unmarked grave. She contacted me to see if I was still interested. She was a godsend. It was all done over the phone and via email. She was extremely pleasant and helpful to work with. I live in Utah so she was in contact with those in Harvard who oversee the cemetery. What a delightful experience this was thanks to Ruth.
