Absolutely recommend! I contacted Phil a couple of weeks before my husband died to enquire about the services they provide. He provided me with information to questions I didn't even know to ask, and was very kind, compassionate and professional. I picked Simply Cremations of Charlotte based on this, as the other places I contacted didn't seem to have that compassionate feeling I was looking for. When the time came, Phil was again, kind, compassionate and patience with me, and walked me through the process at my own pace. He answered all my questions, and I felt like I was dealing with a friend. I am so glad that I picked Simply Cremations of Charlotte for my husband's final journey. Highly, highly recommend.

I was a walk-in, anticipating the need and he was very gracious. I took the papers home and had them ready. It's never easy and you don't need a sales pitch when you are grieving. He was professional and respectful of mom and us. I highly recommend them. The courteous people who came that night weren't exactly the strongest pair, but the fact they were well matched in size worked alright, and fortunately mom only weighed about 100 lbs.
