We recently enlisted the services of Mountain View for my mother's cremation. Landon assisted us and was professional, compassionate, transparent and was always available to answer questions and guide us. He made the process during this difficult time both comforting and efficient.
I met Mr. Landon Closer when I visited your facility looking for a lighthouse urn for myself. He did not have anything in stock like I was looking for, but he showed me some in an order book that was really pretty. I did not place an order this date but will be making a decision shortly. I just became a patient of McDowell County Hospice. Please keep me in your prayers.
Landon Cloer was very kind, caring, professional, patient, compassionate, and listented intently to our concerns. This is about the 3rd time we have used their services, and we have never had a regret. I do not have any plans to use any other facility.
