They handled all of the logistics with the morgue and his doctor. Within a few days, I had my husband's ashes. They were very kind, efficient, professional and competitively priced. I would highly recommend using them.
Very caring and gentle with my husband. Even though it was 2am. they were very professional and respectful. Set up appointment for next day and it was on Sunday. Explained what I had to do and Steve was only a phone call away if I had any questions or problems. They made a bad situation very bearable. The to-do list was a lifesaver as I had no idea what was ahead of me.
Going through one of the most heartbreaking experiences of my life losing our young adult son and walking into Highlands ended up being a loving process! The young man who helped us Julien was so kind and professional he helped make the proceeding possible! I give the google rating a 10 for all the compassion that was headed our way! Thank you Julien! You are extraordinary!
