They were cheap and easy to work with. They sent communication during every step and when I called in for status they quickly let me know what was holding up the process. Will come back to them in the future but hopefully not too soon.

They offer several services to review via their website and also include death and cremation certificates. Everything is personalized, and we never felt rushed or pressured into making any decisions. The Downtown location was very nice and had ample off-street parking with accessibility. They also worked smoothly in conjunction with Mid-America Transplant to honor our dad's donor wishes.
