I am so very impressed with the incredible level of compassion, professionalism, respect and dignity in the handling of my mom and her services. From her timely and respectful retrieval from hospice, to the service, to retrieving her ashes. The staff was absolutely amazing and made the process so much easier. We were looking for a simple cremation for our daughter. I called several local places for pricing, and Ortmann was the most reasonable by several hundred dollars. We worked with Shane, who guided us through all of our options without any high pressure sales tactics. He even suggested that we look online for urns to help save money. Everything was handled with dignity and respect from start to finish. Highly recommend!
