Mound Grove Cemetery was very accommodating. The staff was kind, courteous, and understanding. Al made the process very clear, and set accurate expectations. The grounds were beautifully kept. We had seen very few things - out of place - the day before we had set for our service, these things were straightened up and everything was neat and tidy for our service. Staff paid attention to all details as well. FYI, Al loves donuts, but don't tell him how you know!
The staff is wonderful! They helped me get a new grave marker for my grandparents and it is beautiful! You cant get any better than this!
Having a prepaid plan with the cemetery made things go very smoothly. Everything was handled very well. No problems. And now the engraving has been done on the niche. It looks very nice.
