Dan was kind, calm and considerate. He walked me through every. I called him several times and he was patient and understanding.

The process was easier than we thought. Our representative Tim was very knowledgeable and helped us to make the right decisions for our situation. There was no pressure and he was good and did not make us feel like we had to make certain choices.
