I have used Coates 3 times now. They are kind and courteous. They are so helpful since I live in Alabama and need to make arrangements in Michigan for family members.

I had my Mom's funeral at the Clarkston location. Everything was perfect. I could not have asked for anything more. The staff was amazing and made everything as easy as possible.

Pam was very helpful in helping me with my mom's funeral arrangements. I don't think I could of managed without her help.
