Evercare Pet Cremation treated our family- and our beloved dog - with incredible kindness and respect during one of the hardest moments of our lives. From start to finish, their team was compassionate, professional, and patient, answering all of my questions and keeping me informed throughout the process. The communication meant so much to me, especially the ability to text them directly. Being able to reach out easily and receive thoughtful responses provided a lot of comfort during a very emotional time. They made sure we received all of the keepsakes we requested, and everything was handled with care and dignity. You can truly tell they understand how much our pets mean to us. I cant thank Curt enough for all of his compassion, professionalism, and support during such a heartbreaking time. He made a very difficult process so much easier by communicating everything clearly and being there every step of the way. Curt was kind, patient, and incredibly easy to work with, which meant so much as I navigated the loss of my beloved dog. When my vets office unfortunately provided the wrong date of birth for my dogs urn, Curt immediately stepped in and made it right without hesitation. His care and dedication truly went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for the way he handled everything with such respect and understanding. Losing a pet is never easy, but having someone as compassionate and reliable as Curt made all the difference.
