I had no idea what to expect when I arrived to pick up my mom's ashes. I had to wait quite a while to acquire the money but that did not end being an issue at all. On the contrary, Tim was one of the most understanding human beings I have come across during the whole tragic experience of losing my mom. Not only did I feel relieved when I left, but I also felt like I made a friend. I am so pleased that they were the ones that took care of her and cannot imagine what this could have been like elsewhere. Thank you so much.

I lost my mother December 8th and called Generations for her cremation. The staff is kind, compassionate and very helpful. The prices are very reasonable. We felt welcomed as we picked up my mothers ashes. I did have questions after and Nicole was very helpful and sweet. Thank you for taking good care of my Mom. We appreciate you all!
