My mother passed suddenly in May and had specified that we contact BCH for her final arrangements. From the moment I made the first shaky phone call, the staff was amazing, taking care of things in the most professional, kind and caring manner, fielding my many questions, facilitating everything that needed to be handled, and treating us, and my mother, with the utmost respect. I cannot recommend J'Anna and Stephanie enough; they exemplify professionalism and kindness. In a terrible situation, they were an anchor, and I cannot thank them enough.
