The staff at Advantage was forthcoming, helpful, and kind at the time of the advanced planning and again when my mother passed away. They are available by phone 24/7 and answer email questions in a timely manner. Very professional.

Tommy Newhall from the Allen Avenue location was incredible. Kind, thoughtful, respectful, funny when appropriate. This loss was shock for our family and he made the planning simple as possible and detailed. This is not a pleasurable experience but Tommy made it as easy as he could. Thank Tommy.

Funeral director Daniela McLellan was amazing. Beginning with our very first meeting she was kind, compassionate, patient, explained things very well, answered every question, and it was clear she loves her job. Throughout the planning of my husbands Celebration of Life service she replied timely to every inquiry. She was very easy to talk to and it felt like we had known one another for a long time. Prior to, during, and after the service and visitation she checked in with me several times and made sure I was well taken care of. The remainder of the staff was great as well and I appreciate everyone.

From the beginning to the end, Jones Rich and Barnes truly lived up to the word dignity. From the planner all the way to the execution of my late husbands funeral, their attention to details were immaculate and sensitive to the whole situation. I would highly recommend this company. We pre-planned my mothers funeral and we found Kennedi to be incredible. Helpful, informative, confident, and assuring, all while being very relatable and keeping a sense of humor throughout the process (very necessary and appreciated). We never felt like we were being sold to or having anything pushed on us. She made a very daunting task feel manageable and as close to pleasant as possible given the circumstances.

Peace to all whose have loved ones are interred here. I stopped by to walk on a lovely Fall day on leaving the Mall after Lunch. Very peaceful, well maintained extensive grounds - great place for contemplation, prayer, peaceful meditation, contact with Nature. Look forward to stopping by again - gravel road surface is excellent for walking.

I have had the privilege of knowing Jeff Dobson for over 25 years, and I can confidently say that he is one of the most compassionate and dedicated individuals I know. Recently, I had the opportunity to witness his professionalism and care firsthand at his funeral home, and I was deeply moved by the experience.

I have used them for two family members my dad and mother in law and both times have had amazing customer service they are very helpful with the hard and sensitive nature of the services that are needing to be handled and always there for anything they can help with even two years later when I was ready to purchase a permanent urn for my dad after moving out of state and mailed it to my door handled everything by phone and email for me

Their communication was perfect, whether checking in or level-setting timelines; they were flexible and most accommodating. I spoke with another company prior to this.
