Brackett Funeral Home

My experience with Brackett Funeral Home was exceptional. My family did not have time to plan for a funeral home and so when we called in the early evening for their services, they responded with kindness and professionalism. The two gentlemen who arrived that evening were delicate to the situation and helped answer immediate questions. While I do not remember their names, I remember the sense of piece they provided us. They allowed my family to say our immediate goodbyes before leaving. The gentlemen provided a calm and respectful experience for us. Autumn, called us the next morning to discuss funeral arrangements and she was paramount in helping my family make the needed arrangements. She was kind, respectful, and took a lot of pressure off my family's shoulders by providing the necessary guidance for our family. I placed my Wife, Amanda in the care of Autumn after being her caregiver for two years while we walked through terminal cancer. Letting go of this honor and responsibility is not easy and comes with a great amount of trust. I built a relationship with the funeral director, Autumn over a period of time. I was also introduced to the owner, Chris. Autumn is an incredibly attentive person that treated my family and me with a great amount of respect, kindness, and empathy. She continually anticipated what we needed and explained fully to me the care and respect that would be shown to Amanda throughout the process. During a difficult time, Funeral Director Autumn made us feel at ease and answered all our questions/concerns.
