Tim the funeral director is extremely efficient and responds immediately to phone calls and emails. As a Massachusetts funeral home, we recently hired him again to transition one of our clients living in Maine to her burial place in Massachusetts. Everything was done with timely respect and dignity. This is the second time our firm has used him for this purpose.
